I'm just going to say this: I heart Mandy Moore. Seriously, she's too cute, she's maintained a good reputation and she's great in this movie. As is the actor, Zachary Levi ("Alright, you give me no choice. I'm going to have to pull out....'the smolder.'" so funny!)
My favorite part is where Rapunzel finally gets out of the tower and she is a yo-yo of emotion. First she's all happy to be free ("This is greeeeeaaattt!!") then she's fearful her mother will come after her (something to the effect of "What was I thinking?? She's going to kill me!") then she's like "Beeeessttt ddaaaaaaaayy eeeevvveeerrrrr!!!" lol She's having a great time, then she's sobbing, then she's thrilled, then she's wringing her hands. I thought it was a great reaction.
The little chameleon is adorable. They've got the fight scenes, the romance and the humor. They've got that great Disney misunderstanding/twist towards the end as well. I liked this a lot better than The Princess and the Frog.
